Duties Include:

• Accounts Payable, Invoice Coding, and Joint Interest Billing (JIB) results
• Reconciling bank statements and ensure cash on hand covers outstanding payments.
• Closing the books for GAAP and/or Cash/Tax Basis companies.
• Preparing financial statements and lease operating reports
• Guide customers in systems use, planning for business needs, and interpreting processing results.
• Supervising a team of AP clerks and bookkeepers
• Designing and implementing accounting processes and controls

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 8+ years of Oil & Gas accounting experience REQUIRED
• Experienced with Revenue, AP, Financial Statements, Joint Interest Billing and General Ledge process
• Advanced accounting software skills with WolfePak experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with superior client service skills
