Position:
- Keep your designated home location 95% leased and ensure your property is always tour-ready.
- Deliver remarkable member experience as evidenced by industry-leading NPS scores.
Responsibilities:
- Member engagement- facilitating connections between members.
- Management of member life cycle (leads>to tour>to new member>to move out) through the utilization of HubSpot for managing all leads/contacts activity.
- Tour conversion documented via Deals in HubSpot.
- Member form management - leases, vacate notices, and move-out forms to ensure seamless member experience.
- Move Out Management: booking and managing the refresh process, making space available in a timely manner.
- Networking inside & outside of your location
- Accurate and on-time weekly Availability Reporting and Monthly Rent Roll reporting.
- Managing monthly invoicing, managing collections as per SOP & following Lock Out per SOP
- Meet bi-weekly with the entire Leadership team to get on the same page with the team and solve issues collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Hospitality, Sales, retail, or commercial real estate property management experience.
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel,
- Able and willing to travel between all locations during the training period
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
